Heavy-Duty Cleaner & Concentrated Detergent

MAX 2000 is a highly concentrated detergent designed for those difficult to clean tasks which defy normal liquid detergent compounds. Extra heavy duty cleaner. MAX 2000 is concentrated  to handle even the the toughest cleaning jobs. It removes oil, grease, and other stubborn soils from a variety of surfaces, including concrete floors, machinery, and engines.

Formulated for the removal of oil, grease and other soils from all surfaces by manual application or through high pressure cleaners, MAX 2000 is effective on severely soiled concrete floors, air filters, conveyor systems, engines and machinery. MAX 2000 is suitable for use with scrubbing machines, cold or hot spray equipment and soak tanks, it rinses freely.

STORAGE
The shelf life is 24 months for unopened containers stored under moderate temperature conditions. Store only in original containers. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well ventilated place. Containers that are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Store between 5oC and 30oC, away from direct sunlight. Do not store or use with the following product types: Strong acids, oxidising agents, reducing agents. Keep away from food and drink. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

MAX 2000 must be diluted with clean water based on the degree of soiling as follows:

  • Light : 1 – 5 Parts per 100
  • Medium : 5 – 10 Parts per 100
  • Heavy : 10 – 25 Parts per 100

Apply the solution to the surface and scrub or use high-pressure cleaning equipment. Rinse thoroughly.

  • Temperatures below 5oC and above 30oC
  • Direct sunlight
  • Acids, bases, oxidising agents, reducing agents

  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing
  • Wear impervious gloves
  • Keep out of reach of children, and away from food and food contact areas
  • Care must be taken when using MAX 2000 on paintwork and aluminium parts

APPROPRIATE PPE WHEN HANDLING PRODUCT

  • Respiratory protection: In case of insufficient ventilation, use suitable respiratory protection (e.g., Cartridge type)
  • Hand protection: Use impervious gloves
  • Eye protection: Use safety goggles. Avoid direct contact
  • Skin and body protection: Use protective clothing and barrier cream

FIRST AID MEASURES

  • Inhalation: Move to fresh air. In case of discomfort, seek medical attention.
  • Skin contact: Flush with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing. Use a skin cleaner. In severe cases refer to a doctor.
  • Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water, and refer to a doctor.
  • Ingestion: Wash mouth with plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Refer immediately to a doctor.
