READY PAINT
Pre-treatment Solution of Galvanised Surfaces for Painting

READY PAINT is specially formulated to not only remove “white rust”, but also prepares new or aged galvanising by etching the surface and increasing adhesion.

• Removing white rust from galvanised surfaces
• Preparing galvanised surfaces for painting
• Etching galvanised surfaces to improve paint adhesion

• Dilute READY PAINT with up to 3 parts water, depending on the level of rust
• Apply the solution to the surface using a brush or mop
• For immersion treatment, submerge the galvanised surface in the solution
• Rinse the surface thoroughly with water

READY PAINT can be diluted with up to 3 parts water, depending on the condition of the galvanising, and applied by brush or mop to the surface being treated. READY PAINT may also be used in an immersion tank application. Rinse the surface thoroughly before painting.

• Dilute READY PAINT with up to 3 parts water, depending on the level of rust
• Apply the solution to the surface using a brush or mop
• For immersion treatment, submerge the galvanised surface in the solution
• Rinse the surface thoroughly with water

• Temperatures below 5^oC and above 30^oC
• Direct sunlight
• Acids, bases, oxidising agents, reducing agents

READY PAINT is acidic and so protective clothing should be worn. In the case of contact, wash with plenty of water. In the case of eye contact, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Store in a cool dry place and away from alkali, bleach and solvents.
